Website Design & Launch - September 2021

Oversaw the entire project from conception to launch. Sourced, hired, and managed contract workers including copywriter, graphic designer, and web developers. Managed the project by setting up timelines and assigning tasks for everyone involved using Monday.

I developed the look and feel of the site and created wireframes for each page. Once finalized, I drafted page templates to save time and cost. The site progress was presented to the CMO and affiliate owner.

The design was inspired by Studio McGee. The target customer for CSS aspires to create a home that looks and feels like a Studio McGee home. The site design introduces luxe window coverings while still making them feel attainable.

The project was under a 4-month deadline with a hard launch date. The site was completed and launched 1 week before the deadline.
